Chef Arturo Boada

His passion for what he is doing is evident in the flavorful food he creates.  His extensive knowledge and fusion of rich South American flavors and classic Italian concepts produce dishes with all the energy of two exuberant cuisines.  Chef Boada is very familiar with south-of-the-border classics such as Ceviche and Tamales, yet adds a twist of his own with ingredients such as mahi mahi, and banana leaves.  Chef Boada currently owns and operates Beso and Arturo’s Uptown Italiano in Houston, TX.
